Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Impresif Indonesia (PT. Generasi Kreatif Digital) handles personal data in connection with the use of impresif.id and the services we provide. It is written with reference to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

The contact form and the event planning assistant on the home page store the details you enter yourself: name, email address, WhatsApp number, and the event information you provide. All three contact fields may be left blank — the event outline is still shown without them.

To limit automated submissions and abuse, we store a one-way hash derived from your IP address rather than the address itself. That hash changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow someone across days, and it cannot be reversed into the original address.

We also record page visits in aggregate — pages opened, device type and referring site — without cookies and without any persistent identifier.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive and use what you share in that conversation only to answer your enquiry.

The data you provide is used to answer questions, prepare outlines and quotations, communicate about delivery of the work, and meet applicable administrative and tax obligations.

Automatically generated event outlines are sent to the email address you supply, and a copy is forwarded to our team so it can be followed up. If you do not supply an email address, the outline is shown on your screen only.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent when you complete a form or contact us, and on the basis of the performance of a contract where one is in place between us.

In delivering an engagement, some data may be shared with delivery partners — such as venue operators or equipment suppliers — only to the extent needed to run your event.

The event details you enter into the planning assistant are sent to the language model provider we use, solely to produce that outline. Your name, email address and WhatsApp number are NOT sent.

Personal data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. We apply access controls so that data is reachable only by personnel who need it.

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and applies a set of industry-standard security headers.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request erasure, and to withdraw consent previously given.

Such requests can be sent to info@impresif.id. We will respond within a reasonable period.

This site sets no analytics cookies and no advertising tracking cookies. Visit recording is done without cookies and without any identifier that persists in your browser.

Cookies are used only on the admin dashboard to maintain a signed-in session, and are never set on the pages you visit as a site visitor.

This policy may be updated as the services on the site develop. Changes take effect once published on this page.
